Online Roster
Through the collaboration of Innovative Technology Consulting and the Office of Admissions and Records, instructors may access online versions of course rosters. These online rosters are updated daily to reflect changes in enrollment throughout the semester. If you have not been officially associated with the online sections of your course, please call the Helpdesk at (865) 974-9900 for assistance. If you have not completed CMS 110: Introduction to Online@UT, you will be added to your course sites as grader, which allows you access to the course roster and assessment tool.Access and Print your Online Roster
- Log in to the Blackboard Course Management System using your NetID and
Password
- From the My Institution tab, locate and click on your course link where you would like to access your course roster
- Click the Control Panel button
- From the Control Panel, select the UTK Student Photo Roster found under Course Tools
5. You will now have access to the list of students enrolled in the course
- Click inside the roster page in order to print the roster only
- On your browser toolbar, locate the printer icon and click to
print
- Repeat the above process for each course roster you wish to access and print
The public posting of student photos is prohibited and is a violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
This means that you should not:
- Share roster photos with anyone, including your colleagues, or other students enrolled in your classes
- Post roster photos on your blog or public Web site
- Print your Photo Rosters--unless you keep the paper copies in a secure location and shred them when they are no longer needed
