Google Scholar in Online@UT: A How-To Guide
Google Scholar in Online@UT
Google Scholar is a new feature of Online@UT that allows faculty and students to search, locate, and link to scholarly literature from within an Online@UT course.

Important!
Google Scholar is a supplemental research tool. While it can provide timely access to a wide range of scholarly articles and sources of information, it is not comprehensive and is not a substitute for the services and expertise available via the UT libraries.
Google Scholar Features in Online@UT
- Google Scholar Content – allows instructors to post links to documents found by Google Scholar. The links may serve as shortcuts to electronic full-text articles available through UT Libraries databases or to other online sources.
How to use Google Scholar Content in your course - Google Scholar Search – allows instructors to store a query that brings relevant search results into a course site.
